Yankee candle

So today I went to parkway parade, marine parade shopping center.. Wanted to grab so lunch with my lover as well as getting some necessities for my daily use ( toothpaste, dental floss etc) and I low and behold!!! They've got The Yankee candle store there!!! Super excited! So I spent a good 30 mins trying to figure out the perfect scent for my room. I'd really like the vanilla cupcake.. But nah, I've got that in my room now and it's kinda making me wanna eat all the time so.... I got the Bahama breeze instead!! Super fresh and extremely calming! This candle cost me a whooping $39.95! But worth every penny! No regrets at all. Hehe

What do you reckon?

Or.......

Year end holiday?

So these past few days I've been thinking about going on a short trip. Maybe to Indonesia? Bali especially. Beautiful island as well as a nice place to relax and get away from busy cities and people. Or maybe I should go to Chiang Rai? Beautiful mountain resorts to relax. One of those would be perfect for me. I've actually considered New Zealand as well.. But oh well.. Decisions :) let me know where I should go this December! Somewhere besides the beaches. I want mountain resorts! :)

Make-review : Rocket Mascara - Maybeline

Looking for a really good mascara that would hold your curls throughout the day? Highly recommend this one. It's the Rocket Mascara by Maybelline!
This has got to be the best one I've tried so far. I've tried the falsies by Maybelline too but the Rocket Mascara still is my favorite. As much as I splurge on high-end mascaras to find the perfect one, this ends up being the best in my opinion. I've tried Lancôme, Clinique, covergirl, sephora, Estée Lauder.. They're good but expensive. So is stick with this one.
It has an ultra-sonic brittle brush which gives you so much volume and extends your lashes! It's definitely clump-free and light-weight as well! This mascara cost me not more than 20 dollars if you're getting them at the local pharmacies! Curl your eyelashes and add these on.. You'll look and feel super amazing.
Leave a comment of you've tried this product and let me know if you agree! :)

A lil self introduction

My name is Jacqueline. 21 year old. From Singapore. Super inspired with make up, music, travels and other discoveries. When I hit 30, I wanna travel the world. My dad's Eurasian and my mom's South Korean. I've got a dog who is too adorable ( I will post a picture of her soon)
My idea of creating a blog to share make-up reviews, daily routines, recommend music and travel guides are to let as much readers more about that something. Super inspired by zoella, Tanya burr and other youtubers and bloggers. Trying my very best to keep posting in a daily basis. Want readers out there to let me know that what they're reading will benefit them in any way. So yeah, feel free to comment and I will get back to you :) love love!!

Products I use on my hair

As much as I don't post pictures of myself on this blog, y'all might not get a rough idea on how my hair looks and also how I look with make-up. I will post a couple of picture of myself soon for you to refer. However today, I'd like to show you three product I use everyday on my hair. My hair is slightly longer below my shoulders, I've been dyeing my hair alot over the years and I've got terrible slept ends. I've been using these products for about two months and they've actually improved tremendously. Firstly, right after I get out of the shower, I use the Sunsilk Damage reconstruction leave-conditioner. On really damped hair. It really help with the tangles that I've got.. So here how it looks like..
So after applying this all over especially the tips of my hair. I let it sit before I head on to the next product.
Next I would use the Elseve extraordinary oil, which is super amazing for split ends because it actually maintains the frizz that I have. And I put this on only on the tips of my hair, 2-3 pumps of it will do.
And lastly, to end of with some textured to my hair since its always looking to flat especially my ponytail since I always out my hair up.. I end my routine using the toni&guy sea salt texturizing spray.
I would spray this product evenly on my hair and scrounge it up to add more volume to my hair. I only use this product after I air dry my hair till 85% dry.
I would advice to avoid using hair tools, because its absolutely damaging to your hair. Let it air dry naturally for best results! :)

Leave a comment below on what else I should post or anything you would like to enquire!

The best make-up remover I've ever tried

So today is like to talk about this make-up remover that I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who's looking for a good one. BIODERMA.
It's not fragrant, does not stink
It does not sting your eyes
Just out in on a cotton pad, leave over your yes and wipe off.. It's that easy!
Cost me 35 bucks for the biggest bottle! Worth every cent! Definitely gonna re-purchase this item. Hands down!! Leave a comment if you agree!

Make-review : MAC Studio Fix Fluid

The foundation that I use to for my face would be the MAC studio fix fluid, SPF 15. In the shade NC 35. I purchased it at the duty free in the airport for not more than 25 dollars!
The bad thing about this foundation is that it doesn't come with a pump..
However you can simply purchase the pump on its own for $8 sgd at any MAC counter!
I would say this foundation might be my go-to foundation. Using the real-techniques buffing brush, it goes on so well not looking so cakey. It's definitely buildable with a matte finish so I would recommend to those with combination normal to oily skin!

Daily routine

Here's few of the items that I would not live without. Stuff that I actually use in a daily basis. These items don't change very often, because I love it it applies on my face. Once again it might not work well for your combination of skin, but it sure does for mine!
